Sweet Repeats Children's Consignment Sale

Volunteers must be willing to provide Sweet Repeats with at least 3 hours of their time. You do not have to consign with Sweet Repeats to take advantage of volunteer opportunities and to receive early shopping benefits. Early shopping is on Friday from 7pm to 9pm. Please take a moment to review our volunteer policy prior to committing to a shift.

Thursday

9am - 12pm

12pm - 3pm

3pm - 6pm

6pm - 9pm

If a particular shift fills up, we may ask you to choose another shift.

Feel free to volunteer your husbands also!

Volunteer Policy: Please thoughtfully consider the commitment before requesting a shift.

If you volunteer to work a shift and do not follow through with your commitment, you will lose your privileges as a volunteer. Volunteers who miss their scheduled shift after the volunteer pre-sale, and who take advantage of the early shopping privileges will be assessed a $10.00 early shopping fee, and will not be permitted to register as a volunteer for future sales. This fee will be deducted from your sale funds.

In addition, your sales commission rate will be reduced to 60%. If you can find a non-consigning replacement for your scheduled shift time, your privileges will stay intact.

If you find it necessary to call and cancel or reschedule your shift, please do so 24-hours in advance of your shift. Volunteers who do not call will not be allowed to register as a volunteer for the next season's sale.

This policy prevents people from taking advantage of the volunteer benefits, and then failing to work their scheduled shift. We are committed to keeping our volunteers to a minimum allowing them the maximum in benefits. This policy allows us to attract only those who are responsible and dependable.
